Most Corporations are interested in your capabilities. Rather than reading all about you and your many accomplishments, they’re really more interested in what you can do for them and how you’re going to make that happen.Another point that is prevalent in today’s business arena is that sometimes when you go in for a personal interview, you’ll find that it’s with an Executive Coach, who not only screens an applicant’s abilities, but also their attitude, to determine if the applicant will be conducive with the person that needs their services.
